Request for Additional Information - Process Control Program for Palo Verde.
Dear Mr. Knighton:
Reference (1) submitted the APS response to the NRC staff's questions concerning the PVNGS Process Control Program (PCP).
In Reference (2),
the NRC informed APS that their response in Reference (1) was acceptable.
- However, the NRC identified in Reference (2) that APS must submit their program plans for complying with the requirements set forth in 10CFR20.311, regarding the transfer of radioactive waste destined for disposal at a land disposal facility.
Additionally, the NRC also asked APS to submit the revised PVNGS PCP incorporating the previous responses of Reference (1).
APS expects to respond to the NRC request for information of Reference (2) by about June 30, 1984.
