Dear Mr. Knighton:
This letter is provided to inform you of a
recent revision in the organization structure of Arizona Public Service Company.
Don Karner has been named Assistant Vice President,
- Nuclear, reporting to me, Ed Van Brunt, Jr.
The move is to provide additional management support during the complex transition of Palo Verde from construction to operation.
Mr. Karner joined APS Nuclear Services group in 1974 as an engineer in the instrument and controls area.
In 1978 he became a
Supervising Licensing Engineer.
In 1980 he was promoted to the Post of Plant Superintendent at Four Corners, in 1981 he was promoted to Plant Manager.
