Dear Mr. Knighton:
This letter is provided to inform you of a recent revision in the organizational structure of Arizona Public Service Company.
Edwin E.
Van Brunt, Jr.,
Vice President of Nuclear Projects Manage-ment for Arizona Public Service
- Company, has been named Vice President,
- Nuclear, and has been given added responsibilities.
In his new position, Mr. Van Brunt will be responsible for engineering, construction, start-up, operation and maintenance of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
He has been responsible for the engineering, design and construction of Palo Verde since joining APS in 1972.
Mr. Van Brunt will be taking over the added responsibilities from G. Carl Andognini, Vice President for Nuclear Operations, who is resigning from APS for health reasons.
As in the past, Mr. Van Brunt will continue to report to me.
