Dear Mr. Knighton:

The referenced analyzed Spray and provided determine need letter addressed the outstanding LOCA doses issue.

It Chemical Storage Tank (SCST) accessibility, post accident, explanation for six indicators which may be used to for restart of the Iodine Removal System (IRS).

The appropriate procedures will include the six indicators, to assure a

constant supply of hydrazine, and the criteria for refilling the SCST.

The procedures will be in place, prior to Unit 1 fuel load.
