Dear Mr. Novak:
The referenced letter requested that".we provide responses to questions concerning the Probabalistic Risk Assessment (PRA) for the Palo Verde Ultimate Heat Sink by December 15, 1982. Draft responses to a portion of these questions were discussed with the NRC staff and APS by telephone conversation on December 7 and 20, 1982. Due to the in-depth subject matter of the questions, we will provide responses to the questions in the referenced letter by January 31, 1983.
