we request authorization to use the ASME code case listed below for the construction of Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3.
Code Case:
N-338, May 1982 ASME Section III This Code Case permits the use of mild carbon steel washers in lieu of the hardened washers required by Reference ASME Section III, Division I Subsection NF-4724.
We request that you provide us with authorization for use of the Code Case.
