Section 8.4.3 of the referenced SER states that APS committed to modify the lotw voltage control systems, power circuits, high energy level control cir-
- cuits, and circuits that are required for short periods of time during start-up, refueling, or maintenance shutdown, to provide two devices in series for adequate primary and backup protection.
For DC circuits where the circuit resistance did not limit the fault current, APS committed to provide two fuses in series for primary and backup protection.
These design modifications are incorporated onto the following drawings:
