Arizona Public Service Company (APS),
as Project Manager and Operating Agent for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Units 1, 2, and 3, is submitting herewith ten (10) copies of Revision 2 to the PVNGS Units 1, 2, and 3 Emergency Plan.
Please remove the existing plan from your binders and replace it with the Revision 2 package.
Existing tabs and binders are to be retained.
This revision provides an update to the Emergency Plan that is in accordance with the meeting held on March 9 and 10 with Mr. Leon Brown of APS and Mr. John Sears of the NRC.
The deficiencies were resolved at that meeting and this revision includes those agreements.
