The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received and reviewed the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) titled THE OPERATION OF PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1, 2,
and 3.
Our review indicates that the FEIS adequately assesses the environmental impact of the proposed action and responds to the various concerns raised with respect to the draft statement.
