Dear Mr. Tedesco:
The reference letter requested that we verify that PVNGS meet the pertinent regulatory requirements in 10 CFR parts 20, 50 and 100, and submit this verification by December 18, 1981.
This matter is currently under review and we would like to request an extension of the submittal date to March 31, 1982.
This extension has been discussed with Ms. Janis Kerrigan of your staff.
Please contact me, if this proposed submittal date is not acceptable.
