The environmental qualification audit will be'ostponed until your qualification'program is at least 70%'two audits required) or 85%-
(one audit required) complete APS will provide the'rogram completion schedule in a timely manner'.
RESPONSE
We forecast the PVNGS,environmental program to be 85% complete and our report to be submitted by June 30, 1982.
The PVNGS Seismic qualification program is forecasted to be 85% complete and our report submitted by March 31, 1982.
NRC Item 2.

A letter which more clearly specifies your intention with respect
