Dear Mr. Tedesco:
Attached is a report entitled, "Simulated Undervoltage Test of the IAV54E Relay and Analysis of the Operation of this Relay at the Proper Setting for the Events of the 'Voltage Regulation Study on ANPP'".
The report provides information concerning undervoltage protection which was considered an open issue in the referenced letter.
