Dear Mr. Tedesco:
The following information is provided to clarify our position regarding the PVNGS site exclusion area's relationship to Parcel A as presently discussed in FSAR Section 2.1.2.1.
The PVNGS exclusion area, per 10CFR 100, is shown on FSAR Figure 2.1-4 and does not include Parcel A.
FSAR Section 2.1.2.1 will be revised in a future amendment to clarify this fact.
In addition, we are in the process of obtaining the natural gas and mineral rights from the United States for Parcel A.
