On June 26., 1981, Intervenor responded to Joint Applicants'nter-rogatories. These responses are deficient for failure to com-ply with 10 CFR 52.740b(b) The Commission's Rules of Practice, require that "[e]ach interrogatory shall be answered... in writing under oath or affirmation, unless it is objected to, in which event, the reasons for objection shall be stated in lieu of an answer. The answers shall be si ned b the erson makin them 10 CFR 52.740b(b) Contrary to these".'regulatory requirements, Intervenor's answers to Joint Applicants'nterrogatories are neither under oath or affirmation. Also, the answers are not signed by the person making them.
