Your letter of March 24,
- 1981, Reference (1), requested a schedule for responding to the subject NRC questions.
The APS responses to the subject questions are scheduled for submittal to NRC on May 27, 1981.
This schedule is based on our prompt receipt of NRC's response to Reference (2).
Reference (2) requested that NRC provide us with the approved list of NRC Regulatory Guides which are currently being applied to nuclear power plants in the same stage of OL review as PVNGS.
We under-stand that such a Regulatory Guide implementation list is now the responsi-bilityy of the NRC Safety Program Evaluation Branch which has assumed the Regulatory Guide categorization from the Regulatory Requirements Review Committee.
