The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in the referenced telephone conversation.
References (2), (3) and (4) trans-mitted Interim Reports which estimated completion of the investigation on April 1, 1981.
The final report completion date is being reforecast to July 15, 1981 because of delays experienced in receiving the input data and performing the analysis.
No new information is available at this time.
