Attached are two copies of Volume I of the transcript of the Independent Design Review conducted on February 25, 1981 for the PVNGS Fire Protection System.
This transcript is submitted for your use and as a record of the Review.
Volume II of the transcript, compilation of the exhibits presented at the Review, is not presently available.
Modifications to the exhibits have been requested by the board members.
Volume II will be submitted to you when we submit the resolutions to the open items.
A discussion of open items is provided on Pages 214 through 218 and 226 through 234.
These items consist of unanswered questions and requests for information made by our review board members and the NRC representatives.
Resolution of the open items will be provided to the NRC in order to close the record of this Independent Design Review.
