The NRC was notified 'of a potentially=-reportable deficiency in the referenced telephone converpation. Reference (2) transmitted an interim report which estimated completion of the investigation on December 31, 1980.

The final report completion date is being reforecast to Harch 1, 1981 because of delays experienced in developing the input data and performing the analysis.
