On November 10, 1980, you indicated to me that you had not yet received the Board's order entitled "Notice and Order Scheduling Prehearing Conference,"
(attached) dated October 23, 1980.
As I have indicated to you, this order schedules a prehearing conference in this proceeding at 9:30 a.m.,
December 2, 1980, in Phoenix, Arizona, and directs that1;you supplement your petition with a list of your contentions by November 14, 1980.
Furthermore, as I discussed with you during our telephone conference on November 10, 1980, I believe you should make an effort to comply with the Board's November 14, 1980 directive in order to protect your request to intervene in this proceeding.
I have informed the Docketing and Service Branch of the NRC of the fact that you have not received this order.
