The notice provided t5at such petitions must be filed by August 11, 1980.
- Helever, as indicated in the attached notice, the Commission's!IRules of Practice" (attached), particularly 10 C.F.R. 52.714, do make provision for untimely filings upon an adequate showing of good cause.
