2.The operation of the plant may result in an accident which mill. endange, the interests of petitioners.

Zf our petit.ion is granted, petitioners hereby serve notice that they request a. hearing on whether or not the plant should be allowed an operating license. Petitioners have several contentions they wish to present evidence on at the hearing. The petitioners are willing and ready to present a detailed report on our contentions fifteen days prior to the pre-hearing conference as stated in the NRC's Rules of Practice, Title 10, cahpter 1, Part 2, Code of Federal Regulations-Energy.
