Request. for a Hearin Patricia Lee Hourihan, Kevin Dahl and Christopher Shuey on August ll, 1980, have filed a Petition for Leave to Intervene in the above captioned matter.

Petitioners have several contentions they wish to present evidence on at the hearing.
