Dear Mr. Engelken:
This letter serves to supplement our original response, Reference (A), to NRC I8E Bulletin No. 79-28.
We have determined. that the subject limit switch is also supplied on a l-l/2 inch pneumatic operated gate valve, CH-580, through a
CE purchase order with Borg Warner.
Please be advised that Borg Warner has been notified of the concern and has replaced the gaskets on the limit switches, prior to shipment of Valve CH580, as required by the subject Bulletin.
