Coleson, expressing concern about future disposition of a piece of property near the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) has been forwarded to this agency for a response.

Based on a review of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comnission regulations, a

determination that Mr. Coleson's property is between nine and ten miles northeast of PVNGS, and. an analysis of realty practices in the general

area, there does not appear to be any reason related to the proximity of the PVNGS that Mr. Coleson cannot either build on or dispose of his property.
