In reference to your IE Bulletin 79-09, which discussed failures of GE type AK-2 circuit breaker in safety related
- systems, we have comp1eted a review of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station design.
No GE type AK-2 circuit breakers are being purchased for use at the PVNGS.
