Dear Mr. Engelken:
In reference to your IE Bulletin 79-04, which discussed incor-tect weights for swing check valves manufactured by Velan Engineering Corporation, we have completed a review of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station design.
No check valves are being purchased from Velan Engineering Corporation for use at the PVNGS.
Therefore, the quest'ions in the bulletin do not apply.
