SUBJECT:
INITIALWRITTEN RETAKE EXAMINATIONS (EXAM REPORT No. 50-397/OL 02)
On August 26, 1993 the NRC administered initial operator licensing written retake examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Washington Nuclear Project No.
2 (WNP-2).
As a result of these examinations, one SRO applicant and one RO applicant met the minimum qualification requirements for licensing and were issued licenses.
After the examinations were administered on August 26,
- 1993, a post examination review and exit meeting were held with members of your staff as detailed in the enclosed Examination Report, 50-397/OL-93-02 (Enclosure 1).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document.
