Telecon, NRC to The Supply System, Request for Additional Information Regarding Topical Report WPPSS FTS-129, occurring on August 13, 1991 The Supply System transmitted our description and qualification of the RETRAN based model of the WNP-2 Plant for use in reload related analyses and plant operational support in Reference 1.
The NRC requested additional information concerning the topical in Reference 2, to which the Supply System responded in Reference 3.
A telecon was held between the NRC, its contracted reviewer of the topical, and the Supply System on August 13, 1991 in which

The Supply System performed analysis
'fthe NRC's Licensing Basis Transient as part of its reload development.
In discussions with the staff, it became clear that it was desired to be submitted as part of the Transient Analysis Topical and is submitted as Appendix B of the attached responses.
The purpose of this letter is to provide responses to the teleconed request for additional information. These responses are attached.
