REVIEW OF OPERATIONAL ECOLOGICAL MONITORING PROGRAM (TAC NO. 77654)
By letter dated June I, 1990, you provided the 1989 Operational Ecological Monitoring Program Annual Report for Washington Nuclear Plant Unit 2 (WNP-2).
We have completed our review of the subject report and determined that it addresses the requirements and concerns of the WNP-2 Environmental Protection Plan contained in Appendix B to the WNP-2 license.
For the kinds of studies discussed in the subject report, we have determined that the facility is operating within the bounds of the staff's Final Environmental Statement Related to the Operation of the Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Plant Number 2.
This completes our efforts on this action.
