Areas
examined during this inspection

Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examina-
tions of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel
and
observations
by the inspectors.
Based
on the results of this inspection,
two Severity Level
V violations were
identified as discussed
in Paragraph
17 of the enclosed
report.
Pursuant
to
a Notice of Violation was not issued for these
violations.
The effectiveness
of your corrective actions will be examined
during future inspections.
