.of China This letter is to document our previous discussions with John Wyrick of your staff and to furnish additional information on the subject visit of two Peoples Republic of China Representatives.
The two subject personnel are:
Zheng Fuyu, Director of Reactor Laboratory, University of Tsinghua, PRC Zhang'Yuanfang, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology, University of Tsinghua, PRC Mr. Tom Meadows of my staff will escort them to your facility from September 21, 1987 through October 1, 1987, for a familiarization tour and subsequent observations of the operator licensing examination process.
