This application submitted for NRC staff approval a turbine system maintenance program as required by License Condition 2.C.(7) of Facility Operating License No.
NPF-21 for the HPPSS Nuclear Project No. 2.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application.
Therefore, it is requested that the Supply System remit the application fee of $ 150 for your November 20 request.
The Supply System will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
