Satisfaction of License Condition 2.C.(8), dated February 4, 1986 The staff of the Nuclear Requlatory Commission has reviewed your letter of February 4, 1986 '(Reference) in which you address certain staff concerns regarding the effects of high burnup on the fuel cladding.
These concerns gave rise to the subject license condition.
The staff has independently concluded and agrees that the license condition 2.C.(8) is satisfactorily resolved.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed.
