By letter dated January 6, 1986, the Supply System was informed of the ONRR staff's final review of the data supplied in a [[letter::GO2-83-573, Forwards Deficiency Repts Re Condition 240,loss of ESF Loads on Undervoltage Trip & Condition 258,RHR HX Installation|June 24, 1983 letter]] and subsequently.
This letter transmitted information on Control System Failures to satisfy License Condition 2.C(22) of License No.
NPF-21 for the Washington Nuclear Project No. 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations were not remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR statf as the result of their final review of the data supplied to assure that the concerns addressed in the license condition have been satisfied, it has been determined that a Class III fee
($4,000) is appropriate since the review involved consideration of a single safety issue.
Therefore, the Supply System is requested to remit the sum of $4,000 to this office.
