G. Albert of this
office on July 24'-26,
1985, of activities authorized by NRC License
No. NPF-21
and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Toth with Mr. Powers
and
other members of your staff immediately following the inspection.
The inspection
was
an examination of your actions relating to the high level
of vibration in reactor recirculation cooling Loop "B".
Within this area,
the
inspection consisted of'selective
examinations of representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements
were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the
NRC Public Document Room.
