Lle have received a copy of your application dated I'lay 45', 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application transmitted the Licensed Operator Requali-fication Program Descr iption for the HPPSS Nuclear Project No. 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978, regulations weve not submitted with your app'lication.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is appropriate since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue.
