By letter dated October 17, 1984, we informed the Supply System that a Class IV fee ($12,300) was appropriate for the application dated Danauary 20. 1984, as supplemented, in lieu of the $1,200 Class II fee that was paid.
The Divi-sion of Licensing (DL) staff have reassessed their fee position with respect to this application involving eight Technical Specification changes for WNP-2.
As a result of this reassessment, it has been determined that a Class III fee
($4,000) is appropriate for the change relating to primary containment isola-tion valves and that thr ee Class II fees
($3.600) are appropriate for the several remaining changes due to the number of changes and their nature.
In consideration of the above, the Supply System is requested to remit to this office the additional sum of $6,400 (in lieu of the previously requested amount of $11,100) to complete the fees for your January 20 application.
