The report represents the findings of FEHA Region X and the Regional Assistance Committee.

The report further addresses the three deficieni ies related to Alert and No'tiki,'cation (A&N), public brochures, and the public education program.

As stated in the report, these) deficiencies should be corrected by September 1983,,-
