MANAGEMENT REVIEW WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM WNP-2 Specific Matters to be Covered:

1.

Overall corporation organization, showing the organizational units that will provide overall management and technical support for the operation of WNP-2.

Particular emphasis should be placed on:

a)

Latest organizational transitions completed or planned, such as the lines of authority and reporting for startup and testing, Nuclear Safety Function, Health Safety and Security, and the Independent Safety Engineering Group.

b)

Technical support to be provided by the Technology Directorate vice the technical support to be provided by WNP-2 Program (Project Management) c)

Numbers and qualifications of technical support personnel d)

Relationship between corporate support elements and the plant staff 2.

The organizational structure for the preoperational and startup test program.

Technical support to be provided to the program from the home office, G.E.

and BSR.

The numbers and qualifications of support personnel.

The involvement of the home office and plant staff in the preoperational testing and startup program.

3.

The provisions for maintaining and transferring the plant knowledge gained in the design and construction phase to the operating organization (home office and plant staff).

Updates, if any, on the plant staff organization, including numbers of personnel on board (status of hiring) and the projected number for fuel loading.
