The specific information required is as a result of the Physical Security Licensing Branch 's review-and is listed in the Enclosure.

To maintain our licensing review schedule for the WNP-2, we will need responses to the enclosed request by July 3, 1981.

If you cannot meet this

date, please inform us within seven days after..receipt of this letter'of the date you plan to submit your responses so that we may review our schedule for any necessary changes.

Commit to retaining results of physical fitness qualification results on site for at least a 2-year period.

Correct the reference to Appendix B.I.C.2 by deleting the "2".

In addition, specifically commit to a medical examination within the 30 days preceding the physical fitness test.
