Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS) previously replied (Reference 2), to the Notice of Violation which was transmitted to us'as Appendix A of Reference (1).

Upon subsequent evaluation of that response, it was determined that Appendix A of Reference (2) requires clarification in several areas.

These are:

Review has shown that the Inspection Reports cited in Paragraphs B.4 and D.3 and that the 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> MT referenced in Paragraph B.7.

were not completed as indicated by the contractor and subsequently reported by!JPPSS in Reference (2).

lie are reviewing each of the contractors responses on action items committed to the NRC on a case by case basis to assure proper differentiation between actions already completed and those committed for action.
