91-002 EA TRANSF TRANSF Loss of power to Safeguard Buses 14 and 18 due to loss of offsite power 34.5KV circuit 751.

Circuit 751 was lost due to RGSE system disturbance caused by a major ice storm.

91-3 03-22-91 The unit was shutdown on March 22, 1991 for Annual Refueling and Haintenance.

It remained shutdown at the end of the report period.

The cause of the events was the loss of power to Safeguards buses 14 and 18 due to loss of offsite power 34.5KV circuit 751 during a major ice storm.

The plant returned to full power but began a coastdown on 3/11/91 upon reaching equilibrium conditions.

The unit was shutdown on March 22, 1991 for Annual Refueling and Maintenance. 't remained shutdown at the end of the report period.
