Enclosed is an Application for Amendment to Operating Zicense to Appendix A of that license to revise Tables 3.5-5 and, 4.1-5.
Based on a modification to the Radiation Monitoring
- System, the radiation monitor in the service water line discharge from spent fuel pool heat exchanger "A" has been renumbered from R-20 to R-20A.
The radiation monitor R-20B in the service water line discharge for spent fuel pool heat exchanger "B" has been added to Table 3.5-5 and 4.1-5 as item light r
This proposed Amendment is considered administrative only.
It should be considered effective 30 days after Rochester Gas and Electric's receipt of NRC approval.
