MONTH Januar 1991 The unit operated at approximately 97% reactor power level for the report period, except for January 29, 1991.
At 1640 there was a manual load reduction of 10% due to trip of the Heater Drain Tank Pumps.
The HDT Pumps were restarted at 1653.
At 1707 a load increase of 10%/hr was started.
The cause of this event was a failure of I/A line to AOV-3345 HDT Pump Discharge.
