TO GENERIC LETTER 90-03 FOR ROCHESTER GAS 5 ELECTRIC CORPORATION (TAC. NO. 76240)
On March 20, 1990 the NRC issued Generic Letter (GL) 90-03 "Relaxation of Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-8, Item 2.2 Part 2 'Vendor Interface for Safety-Related Components."
The GL requested that all licensees and applicants review their present vendor interface programs and modify them as necessary using the guidance supplied in GL.
By letter dated September 18, 1990, you responded to Generic Letter 90-03 and indicated that the programs have been implemented in accordance with the guidance given in the GL.
The Staff has reviewed your response and finds it acceptable.
This action closes TAC No. 76248.
