SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT ON THE STRUCTURAL UPGRADE PROGRAM Enclosed is a preliminary NRC Safety Evaluation Report on the Ginna structural upgrade program.
Our basis for the review was your submittal of July 13, 1984 as well as the discussions, commitments and other important considerations for the implementation of the program that have occurred since your submittal.
Me request that you submit within 60 days from the receipt of this letter, your acceptance of our findings or comments in order to proceed with a timely implementation of the program.
