SAFETY EVALUATION REPORTS ON GENERIC LETTER 83-28 Enclosed is the NRC Safety Evaluation Report and the EG&G Idaho, Inc.
Report on the Ginna response to Generic Letter 83-28, Item 4.5.2. that was submitted on November 4, 1983.
Our conclusion is that the Ginna nuclear plant is designed to permit on-line functional testing of the reactor trip system, including the independent testing of the diverse trip features of the reactor trip breakers.
