Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
By letter dated July 2, 1979, and in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 50.55a paragraph (g),
we submitted the "Ginna Station Inservice Inspection Program for the 1980-1989 Interval."
That program has been implemented.
By letter dated November 6,
1980 we submitted changes to that program in order to permit installation of test sleeves in steam generator tubes.
In order to permit the installation of additional sleeves in steam generator tubes at Ginna; and make the changes requested in your letter dated April 8, 1981, Paragraphs 3.5, 5.7, 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7 have been revised.
These revisions have been reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Committee and Nuclear Safety Audit, and Review Board; and found not to involve an unreviewed safety question or require a Technical Specification change.
