TQ8T By your application dated January 26, 1981, you requested that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) review and approve an extension of time for your completion of the instal'Iation of certain fire protection features for the Robert E. Ginna Nuclear Plant.
A fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 did not accompany your application.
Based on information provided to us by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that the above application will involve review of a single safety issue which qualifies it for a Class III fee of $4,000.
It is requested"that your company remit this amount to our office. If the ONRR staff's final review of this application reveals that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
