~<De 4h> ~DDII9IIlSSIDI Me have reviewed your letter of November 7, 1979 concerning inadvertent safety injection during surveillance testing at R. E. Ginna.
Me find that your response adequately addresses the technical concerns stated in our September 21, 1979 letter (which enclosed our June 26, 1979 letter) and, therefore, we consider the technical issue resolved for your facility.
However, information received from the NRC's resident inspector indicates that administrative and calibration procedures have not been modified with regard to supervisor notification as committed to in your November 7, 1979 letter.
Therefore, we request that, within 60 days of receipt of this letter, you modify your procedures according to your comitment and inform us of their modification or provide the basis for not doing so.
Sincerely.
