noc By letter dated November 21, 1980, changes to the guality Assurance Program for R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (OHRR) for review.

Fees in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22 were not remitted with your request.

Approvals, such as that required for your changes to the guality Assurance Program, are subject to fees in the same manner as applications for license amendments.

Based on information provided by the OHRR review staff as a result of their review of the request, it has been determined that the review involved consideration of an issue =that was administrative.

Therefore, a Class II fee (51,200) is required for your November 21, 1980 request.

It is our understanding that review of the gA Changes was completed by the 0t'tRR staff on June 22, 1981.
